“But I told them!"

“How could they have misunderstood?”

These comments reflect the all too common struggles around communication in the workplace. But what if it was different? What if you could walk away from an exchange with a coworker or client with confidence instead of uncertainty?

In this session, our presenter will work through practical strategies to create more impactful communication that drives the results you intend from that communication.

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize frequent barriers and misunderstandings in communication

  • Evaluate how to enhance clarity and impact in verbal and written communication

  • Identify the impact of active listening on reducing miscommunication
